Shipping policy

SPRUCE STREAM SHOP LLC ships orders within the United States. We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at service@streamcloset.shop and we will help where possible.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at service@streamcloset.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
